Trajce, a passionate cook

May we introduce?

Trajce (32) has been an indispensable member of the Müller Hohenschwangau team for over 3 years now. Even as a small child, Trajce knew that cooking was not just a profession, but a vocation. Even before he trained as a chef, Trajce, who was still little at the time, learnt to cook from his grandmother. He mastered his training as a chef with flying colours.
